BLAX Week at a Glance – 4.3.2026

Good morning and happy Friday!

We hope you had an amazing spring break.

We have a REALLY busy week ahead so I am sending the week at a glance early so you can plan ahead!

SCHEDULE

Monday, April 6th – 6pm team dinner at the tables by the cafeteria right after practice
Tuesday, April 7th – San Marcos AWAY games for JV and Varsity

JV plays at 4pm – players need to be at San Marcos by 3pm
Varsity plays at 6pm – players need to be at San Marcos by 5pm
Players are responsible for their own rides to San Marcos
If you signed up for away game snacks please bring them to Coach Garrett's room Monday or Tuesday morning so they can be brought to San Marcos for the boys

Wednesday, April 8th – 6pm team dinner at the tables by the cafeteria right after practice
Thursday, April 9th – Santa Barbara HOME game at 6pm
Friday, April 10th – San Clemente HOME game at 6pm

JV OPEN PLAY – TOMORROW!

We have been working on some JV opportunities for open play time at DOS PUEBLOS turf field

APRIL 4th- 12 to 2pm
APRIL 11th – 12 to 2pm
APRIL 18th – 12 to 2pm

This is open to ANY JV player OR varsity player who does not get much play time from DP, SM and SBHS.

The DP varsity boys will help run it to get the boys playing games and getting field time.

If your player can make it be sure they bring:

All their gear
A reversible penny
Water

FUNDRAISING:
We really want to stress the importance of fundraising for the lacrosse program. Without player contributions we cannot keep the program going!

As of today we only have 51% participation and are only 41% to our goal.

We have asked for each player to contribute $350 towards the team goal through 99 pledges rather than us going small fundraisers throughout the season.

A big thank you to all the parents who drove to Saugus, brought snacks & those who stepped in to do the stats for me while I was gone!
